Our method
Step 1: Firstly, medical history and laboratory findings of the patients admitted to our outpatient clinic are evaluated.
Step 2: Your weight, fat mass and the amount of lean mass are analysed in detail in the arms, legs and torso parts with the body analysis device in which the BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analyses) method is applied.
(body analysis is not performed in pregnant women and those with pacemakers, only body weight is evaluated)
Step 3: Your lifestyle (work, sleep, meal times…) and eating habits, and if necessary, your food consumption record for 3-7 days, are evaluated.
Step 4: In line with the data obtained in the first 3 steps, a special nutrition programme is designed for you.
Step 5: In line with the determined target, control periods are determined and the follow-up process begins. During the follow-up visits, the patient’s compliance with the diet and weight change are evaluated. If necessary, changes are made in the nutrition programme.
